Transformation Project Manager

6 Months

Leeds/Bradford - 1-2 days per week

£500 per day (Inside IR35)

***The selected candidate MUST HAVE strong digital transformation experience***

This role requires a technically minded project leader who can manage complex technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital engineering and technology transformation projects.

Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.

Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Software Engineers and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate technical dependencies across engineering, infrastructure and business teams.

Drive project governance, RAID management, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.

Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews and programme governance meetings.

Ensure customer deliverables are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.

Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.

Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and engineering practices.

Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience

Significant experience delivering large-scale digital engineering or technology programmes.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience working with Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture teams.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.

Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and forecasting. Desirable Skills

Experience within Telecommunications or Media industries.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).

Exposure to AI-enabled products, Generative AI or intelligent automation initiatives.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models. Personal Attributes

Comfortable working in fast-paced technical environments.

Collaborative with the ability to bridge business and engineering teams.
