The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a broad range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, Speech & Communication Needs, SEMH, and associated learning difficulties.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will become an important member of a dynamic and forward-thinking support team, working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised interventions. Using Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to guide your practice, you will tailor your support to meet the individual needs of each pupil, helping them reach their full potential.

This varied role offers exposure to a wide range of SEN profiles and evidence-based intervention strategies, making it exceptional preparation for graduates pursuing careers within psychology, therapy, healthcare, social work, or specialist education.
