SEN Support Assistant (Complex Needs) - Waltham Forest

A fantastic secondary school in Waltham Forest is looking to appoint an experienced SEN Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a student requiring high levels of daily support.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in education, healthcare or care settings.

Responsibilities

Providing dedicated support throughout the school day

Assisting with personal care and toileting

Supporting feeding requirements

Following allergy management plans

Helping the student access learning

Working closely with teaching staff and parents

Maintaining the student's safety and wellbeingHours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm.
