What You'll Bring

You will be someone who:

Inspires students through engaging, well-planned lessons that make mathematics accessible and enjoyable.

Has the ability to teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Uses assessment effectively to support progress and raise attainment.

Creates a positive classroom culture where students are encouraged to think critically, persevere, and develop confidence in their mathematical ability.

Has high expectations of behaviour, effort, and achievement.

Works effectively as part of a team and is keen to contribute to the continued success of the department.The Role

As a member of our Mathematics department, you will:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and support learners of all abilities.

Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Contribute to curriculum planning and the sharing of effective teaching practice.

Support intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities that promote a love of mathematics.
