Are you a passionate Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in children's education?

Academics Ltd is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets that is looking to appoint several Learning Support Assistants across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 from September 2026.

Role Details

• Learning Support Assistant
• Tower Hamlets
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Long-term role
• September 2026 start
• 95- 97 per day
• Opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Working alongside class teachers and the SENCO, you will support pupils academically, socially and emotionally, helping them access learning and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Support pupils with SEN and additional needs
• Help children access the curriculum
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement

We are looking for:

• Experienced Learning Support Assistants
• Level 3 Teaching Assistants or Early Years Practitioners
• Graduates looking to start a career in education
• Candidates with experience in schools, nurseries, childcare or youth work
• A genuine passion for supporting children
