Academics have received several positions for September, and we are looking for NQTs to undertake these long-term roles (at least two terms). These Cardiff roles (various subjects) are due to start in September 2026, but there are work opportunities for the last four weeks of the academic year once your PGCE ends. Academics (agency) are one of the preferred suppliers in the area so we are able to match you with the right role! We understand the struggle of finding, applying and interviewing for roles which you narrowly miss out on. Academics specialise in long-term roles for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTS), and you can benefit from our bespoke NQT induction programme. Requirements for this Secondary NQT role:

• You're a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
• DBS and EWC registered (this can be produced through us!)
• You have a passion for teaching, and inspiring young learners.
• Develop, plan, and implement engaging lessons that follow the curriculum guidelines.

Desirable skills for this Secondary NQT Role:

• You live in or near Cardiff
• Full driving licence, and access to a car.
