Your role as an ECT:

• Manage behaviour quickly and effectively in order to maintain and foster the best learning environment for each and every child.
• Build strong relationships with; staff, parents and most importantly pupils. Your relationships just be built on trust, honesty and respect.
• Marking work at the end of each day in order to assess and monitor progress.
• Planning may be expected when on a long-term placements - the pay will reflect this added responsibility too.
• Enthusiasm to make a difference and support each child.
• A pro-active 'can - do' attitude to each and every school you visit.
• Confidence in supporting different learning needs within the class, ensuring every child is pushed to their full potential.

Pay 130 - 160 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
