Role: Site Manager

Location: Barnsley

Duration: 8 Weeks

Rate: £220 - £260 per day

Think Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week office fit-out project in Barnsley on behalf of a growing commercial fit-out contractor.

The Company

Our client is an established design & build fit-out contractor delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects across the UK. They have built an excellent reputation for quality and are continuing to grow, securing repeat business with a number of well-known commercial clients.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of an office fit-out project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

This role would suit a Site Manager who is comfortable running fast-paced office fit-out projects and has a proven track record of delivering multiple commercial workplace schemes.

Responsibilities

Managing the project from site through to completion

Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities

Maintaining programme and quality standards

Ensuring Health & Safety compliance

Liaising with the client, project team and supply chain

Managing site paperwork and reporting

Requirements

Extensive office fit-out experience is essential

Proven track record of delivering multiple CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects as Number 1 Site Manager

Able to manage projects independently from start to finish

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Strong communication and organisational skills
