Quantity SurveyorClient: BAE SystemsLocation: Newcastle - A&P Tyne and WD Close EngineeringContract: 12 monthsRate: £50/hr PAYE or £67.47 UmbrellaWorking Arrangements: Full Time Onsite BAE Systems is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join Strategic Manufacturing Supply Chain team. You'll work onsite with suppliers and project teams to manage outsourced contracts, control costs, and ensure contract performance.Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier contracts, reconcile payments, and resolve disputes.
Track labour, review reports, and analyse cost performance.
Liaise with BAE and supplier stakeholders, including senior-level engagement.
Maintain records, cost trackers, and apply quality & safety standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

RICS-accredited Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
Experience with multiple contract pricing types and supplier cost management.
Strong Excel and commercial analysis skills.
