Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs/SLD or EYFS - SolihullWe are recruiting caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Solihull.These roles are based within either a Complex Needs/SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) primary group or an EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) setting, supporting pupils to access learning and develop their independence in a safe, nurturing environment.The role:Support pupils with a range of additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities.Encourage communication, social skills, and independence.Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.We're looking for candidates who:Have experience working with children, ideally within SEND or EYFS.Are patient, compassionate, and reliable.Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential.Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to build your career in education, we'd love to hear from you.Location: SolihullRole: Teaching AssistantSetting: Complex Needs/SLD Primary Group or EYFS GroupAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
