Production Operator - Immediate Starts Available
Holywell

Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Progressing to a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
12.71 per hour (Days)
15.48 per hour (Shift Pattern)

Kinetic Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Holywell. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work with immediate starts available.

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Your duties will include:
Operating sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
Working closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
Carrying out visual quality inspections and checking product weights and dimensions.
Packing finished products to the required quality standards.

You'll also be expected to:
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Wear the required PPE at all times.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
