• Secure loads appropriately on the flatbed to prevent movement during transit, maintaining safety standards at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding schedules or delays.
• Uphold high standards of customer service during deliveries, representing the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence recognised in the UK.
• Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed vehicles or similar lorries.
• Delivery driver experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for secure load handling.
• Ability to operate a flatbed truck confidently and responsibly.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan routes effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
