Aspire People are excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted partner primary schools in Leicester for a talented and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from September.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
Create a stimulating classroom where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Assess pupil progress and use data to inform future planning and interventions.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
Promote high standards of behaviour and encourage a positive attitude towards learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil achievement.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
A passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to teaching.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
