We are working with a number of secondary schools across Northampton that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated RE Teachers to join their teams from September 2026. Opportunities are available on both a long-term supply and permanent basis, offering excellent support and career development.

• Teaching Religious Education across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities available in some schools

• Delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons covering religion, philosophy, ethics, and contemporary issues

• Encouraging students to think critically, debate respectfully, and develop an appreciation of different beliefs and perspectives

• Supporting learners of all abilities through inclusive teaching, effective assessment, and constructive feedback

• Working collaboratively with the Humanities department to contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment opportunities

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Religious Education

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• A reflective practitioner committed to achieving the best outcomes for every student
