DT Teacher

• Salary - £190 - £300 per day.

JOB DESCRIPTION

DT teacher required for a good school in Central London. The school are looking for a DT teacher on a part time basis to start in September and teach across Key Stages 3 and 4. Being able to teach Resistant materials and Food technology is highly desirable. The school is happy to consider both NQT's and experienced DT teacher's. The school wants to look over DT teacher CVs immediately and meet PE teacher's over the next couple of weeks.

• Deliver AQA GCSE Design and Technology.
• Use 2D Design and other CAD software confidently.
• Competently use machinery, equipment and workshop tools.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of a range of materials, designing and manufacturing processes.
• Have excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Design and Technology.
• Be willing and able to teach Food Preparation and Nutrition at KS3 and KS4.

REQUIREMENTS

Applications are welcome from DT teacher's at any stage in their career including NQT's and both British trained DT teacher's and overseas DT teacher's will be considered for this position.
