We are working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects across the industrial and logistics sector. Due to a strong pipeline of major developments, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple new build schemes.

Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle — from early design stages through to completion. You will work closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the successful delivery of new build industrial and logistics developments.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project.
• Manage programme, risk, cost, and change control.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.
• Contribute to business development and process improvements across the team.

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience delivering industrial and/or logistics new build projects.
• Experience in consultancy or client-side project management (main contractor experience also welcome).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
