Information & Cyber Security Manager - SC Cleared

We are seeking an experienced Information & Cyber Security Manager to support a high profile secure programme.

Working within the Security Operations function, you will help assure the security, resilience and operational readiness of a major critical national infrastructure programme. You will engage with suppliers, systems integrators, emergency services and wider government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support cyber security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management and threat monitoring.
• Work with suppliers and systems integration partners to ensure security deliverables meet contractual and programme requirements.
• Support the development of an end-to-end Security Operations Centre.
• Review and maintain operational procedures, incident playbooks and security reporting.
• Lead and contribute to security governance forums.
• Advise stakeholders on security risks, mitigations and incident handling.
• Support security investigations and coordinate activity across programme, government and emergency-service teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across security operations.

Essential experience

• Strong experience in cyber or information security operations within large-scale programmes or critical national infrastructure.
• Knowledge of UK government security standards, NCSC guidance and security risk frameworks.
• Experience of incident response and vulnerability management in multi-supplier environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, high-pressure environment.
