FLT Counterbalance Driver - Nights

Northampton (NN4 - Swan Valley) Full-Time Ongoing Work Night Shifts Immediate Starts Available

Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a stable night shift role with competitive pay and regular overtime opportunities? We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading distribution companies.

Shift Pattern

Night Shift

• Tuesday to Friday
• 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Rates

• Night Rate: 16.30 per hour
• Overtime Rate: 24.41 per hour

Contract Type

• Temporary Ongoing
• Full-Time Hours Guaranteed
• Immediate Starts Available

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
• Valid B1 FLT Counterbalance Licence
• Proven experience operating FLTs in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience operating 3.5-tonne double pallet handlers (essential)
• Strong commitment to health and safety procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling duties
• D1 Reach Licence advantageous, but not essential

Please note that a Drug and Alcohol, FLT assessment is required part of the induction process and must be successfully completed before starting work.
