Building Surveyor (Disrepair & Aids and Adaptations)

I hope you're well.

I wanted to make you aware of an Interim Surveyor opportunity that has just come in.

Role Overview:

Initial 3-month contract, with the potential to roll on thereafter.
350 per day.
Hybrid working - 4 days on site, 1 day working from home.

The Role:

Managing a range of surveying responsibilities across the housing stock.
Handling disrepair cases (essential experience required).
Overseeing aids and adaptations.
Carrying out general surveying duties.

What They're Looking For:

An experienced Surveyor with a strong housing background.
Previous disrepair experience is essential.
Despite the title previously being referred to as a "Senior Surveyor", there are no line management responsibilities, so they're simply looking for someone with solid technical surveying experience.
