Project Manager – High-End Residential | 12-Month Contract | ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering high-end residential projects to join our client on a 12-month contract, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the No. 1 on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of high-end residential projects.

* Manage all site operations, labour, subcontractors, and daily activities.

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Lead all Health & Safety activities and produce weekly progress reports.

* Liaise directly with clients, consultants, architects, and design teams.

* Manage project programming, planning, and design coordination.

* Oversee quality control, snagging, handovers, and practical completion.

* Drive programme performance while maintaining exceptional workmanship and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Proven Project Manager experience delivering high-end residential projects.

* Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction and finishes.

* Excellent client-facing, leadership, and project coordination skills.
