Test Manager - ERP platform (Finance, Procurement, HCM, SAC)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Test Manager to define and lead the testing strategy for an enterprise-wide ERP platform transformation. The role is pivotal in ensuring delivery quality across Finance, Procurement, HCM, and ERP platform Analytics Cloud within a high-visibility, fast-paced programme.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement a risk-based test strategy across integration, system, regression, UAT, and OAT phases.
Lead cross-functional test teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and programme leadership.
Manage test planning, execution, defect triage, and quality reporting under tight timelines.
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and outcomes to maintain audit and compliance standards.
Drive test automation initiatives to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.
Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps to leadership.
Maintain governance and reporting cadence aligned with programme controls.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale ERP platform programmes, ideally within finance or public sector domains.
Deep understanding of ERP platform FI/CO, Procurement (Ariba/MM/SRM), HCM, and SAC.
Strong expertise in test management tools such as cALM, work management platform, and Tricentis Tosca.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in regulated environments with strong governance and audit requirements.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
