Your new company:You'll be joining a respected civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure works across North Wales and the surrounding region. The business is progressing a significant civil package within a large-scale energy and infrastructure scheme, requiring an experienced freelance engineer to support technical delivery on site.Your new role:As the Freelance Site Engineer, you'll take responsibility for setting out, QA and technical support across multiple civil work fronts. Key duties include:

• Setting out for drainage, ducting, utilities and associated civil elements
• Managing as-built surveys, QA records and compliance documentation
• Working closely with the site team to maintain the programme and resolve technical queries.
• Ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety and reporting
• Supporting smooth delivery of a complex regional infrastructure project

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong background as a Site Engineer on civil or infrastructure schemes
• Experience with drainage, utilities, groundworks or heavy civil
• Confident about using Leica/Trimble and producing clear QA documentation
• CSCS and relevant engineering qualifications
• Ability to work independently and maintain high technical standards
