Job Description

Experience in administering DFG's and interpreting recommendations provided by an Occupational Therapist A knowledge of building construction and ability to draw up a schedule of works required for a disabled facility grant based on an inspection Experience of carrying out financial means test assessments A knowledge of the Housing, Grants Construction and Regeneration Act which governs the process of DFG's Experience of surveying residential properties and preparing specifications, drawings, and schedules of work A strong understanding of building construction, building regulations, and health & safety Experience of managing adaptation or improvement projects, ideally including Disabled Facilities Grants
