Business Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid - Security Cleared

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 6 months with a view to extend.

Please note, the role is OUTSIDE IR35 and you will be on-site near Oxford for 2-3 days per week.

You will need to be either SC Cleared or BPSS, moving to SC Cleared.

Business Analyst - Key Skills:

• A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge, such as may be gained through three or more years' experience of Business Analysis activities in Business lead, IT or Computing Research projects
• Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS, Agile BA)
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a complex IT environment
• Experience of working within ITIL / IT Service Management framework
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Experience working within project and/or agile delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative and relationship-focused
• Structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
• Confident challenging assumptions and driving clarity
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
