Plumber

Working hours 8am till 4-30pm

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Plumber to join our team.

Plumber required to work in a busy responsive repairs team, carrying out all aspects of plumbing work in domestic properties.

Must have a full UK driving license, CSCS card and up to date manual handling and asbestos awareness training.

Working pattern will include the completion of out of hours appointments to meet the demands of our customers.

Job Purpose/Background:

You will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks on a wide range of different projects. You will ensure installations and repairs are carried out to a high standard in accordance with current working practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· You will be required to undertake a range of plumbing planned maintenance installation or repairs

· Ability to identify Health and Safety actions prior to and during works, considering yourself, the team and those around you

· Delivery of works to professional timescales

· Ability to adapt to changing client’s needs

· Ability to use appropriate access equipment

Knowledge / Experience:

· Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Plumbing or demonstrate equivalent trade experience.

· Excellent customer service skills and commitment to always deliver high quality standards

· Adhere to site safety rules, including always wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

· Full UK Driving License

· Valid CSCS card
