The Role

Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of learning needs.

Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.

Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour.

Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting is beneficial.

A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting pupils.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
