What You'll Be Doing:

* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups

* Leading small-group interventions to improve academic progress and pupil confidence

* Providing individual support for pupils who require additional guidance

* Assisting with lesson preparation and creating engaging classroom resources

* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence and independence

* Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential

Ideal Candidate for London Schools:

* A high-achieving graduate with an excellent academic background

* Holds a degree from a recognised university with strong GCSE and A-Level results

* Looking to gain school-based experience before teacher training or postgraduate study

* Interested in careers such as teaching, Educational Psychology, SEN, Speech and Language Therapy or child development

* A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

* Able to commit to a full-time role throughout the academic year from September
