  • Monitor project progress and provide regular internal and external reporting
  • Ensure contractual compliance whilst identifying opportunities for change management and commercial improvement
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and development to project delivery teams
  • Ensure successful project close-out, documentation and customer satisfaction

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale HV transmission, substation, offshore wind or HVDC infrastructure projects
  • Excellent understanding of HV substation construction, primary plant, secondary systems and associated civil works
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience administering major engineering or construction contracts
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of project controls, programme management, risk management and governance
  • Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional Project Management qualification (APM, PMP or equivalent) desirable

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a market-leading organisation at the forefront of the energy transition.
