Site Manager 6 Week Contract
Shawlands, Glasgow
£29 - £31 per Hour

GS3 are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment and fit out project on a large public sector building in Shawlands, Glasgow.

This is a 6-week contract starting Monday 29th June 2026, involving:

• Interior fit-out works

• Internal building upgrades

• Roof replacement works

• Management and coordination of multiple subcontractors

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard

Requirements

• Valid SMSTS

• Valid First Aid Certificate

• Previous experience managing fit-out subcontractors

• Strong health & safety awareness

• Ability to manage site operations and maintain project progress

• Must be available for the full 6-week duration, Monday to Friday

Rate

• £29 - £31 per hour (depending on experience)
