Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business in the Reigate, Surrey area. This is a temporary Accounts Assistant job opportunity to start ASAP and supporting with accounts payable invoices, credit control, reconconciliations, expenses etc.

Duration: Temp 4-6 months

Pay rate: 14.50 per hour + holiday pay

Location: Hybrid working - 2 days office based

Accounts - Finance Assistant duties:

Checking and processing of supplier invoices against purchase orders
Assisting with payment runs
Handling invoice, payment, supplier and billing queries
Bank reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments
Expenses

Skills and experience required:

Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant role
Good IT skills and have used Sage
Excellent communication skills
