Site Manager – Residential House Building

📍 Location: Leyland - Preston

📅 Duration: 12 Weeks

💷 Rate: Competitive (DOE)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential house builder on a 12-week contract.

This is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day running of a live housing development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential housing site.

* Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.

* Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to programme.

* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.

* Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.

* Liaise with the Contracts Manager, clients and other stakeholders.

* Complete site documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

* Previous Site Management experience within residential house building is essential.

* Valid SMSTS certificate.

* Valid First Aid at Work certificate.

* CSCS Card.

* Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and residential construction.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Available to work Saturdays as required.
