Site Manager - Wombourne
Location: Wombourne
Start Date: Monday 20th July 2026
Duration: 8 Weeks

Enhanced DBS Required - Must Be In Place Before Starting

Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week school refurbishment project in Wombourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the works on site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining high health & safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered successfully within a live school environment.

Scope of Works:

• Flat roof replacement

• Structural repairs

• Heating repairs

• Staff room refurbishment

• M&E works

• Changing room partition installations

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (essential and required prior to starting)

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work

• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within schools or education environments
