Project Manager - Cat B to Cat A Refurbishment
Central London
650k Project 12 Week Programme
Start: Mid-August / Early September Completion: 23rd November
Experienced Project Manager required to deliver a landlord Cat B to Cat A refurbishment project in West London. The works include revised decoration packages, demolition works, and an upgrade of the main reception area, with a strong focus on high-quality joinery installations.
The successful candidate will act as the No.1 on-site Project Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project from mobilisation through to completion.
Requirements

• Strong commercial fit out / refurbishment experience
• Previous experience managing Cat B, Cat A or landlord works
• Able to take full ownership as the lead site-based PM
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programme, quality, and H&S
• Confident using Excel and online project management systems
• Client-facing with good reporting capabilities

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Fire Marshal (preferred)

Straightforward, well-managed project requiring an organised and experienced PM to oversee delivery through to completion in November.
