We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our team and support Cloud platforms (NICE Cxone). In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the. You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both test and development production environments. You will work with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members. You will be responsible for mentoring others and helping with the onboarding process.
The organisation For Success:
5-8 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience
4 or more years of CXone (preferred), Genesys Cloud, the organisation Connect or other platform experience (Five9, Talkdesk, the organisation Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8).
CRM integration experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or the organisation preferred

The pay for this role is per annum.
