About our the organisation Plant:
From raw materials to finished products, our production facility is where innovation meets execution. Engineers and plant technicians work together to maintain efficiency, uphold safety, and ensure every product meets the organisation's exacting quality standards - all whilst contributing to the bigger picture of delivering some of the most iconic the organisation's products like Fairy, Bold and Ariel that delight consumers worldwide.
The site offers easy access to the city while being situated in a well-connected industrial hub. Chafford Hundred and Grays mainline stations (C2C train line) are nearest to the site besides several bus routes. on-site there is free on-site parking, a subsidized restaurant, free on-site gym, occupational health support and local events!
Job Description
What To Expect:
During your 12-month placement, you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in the organisation with the organisation involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business the organisation projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring, and training as they deliver their work. What You Will Gain:
1. Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.

What We Look For:
5. University students graduating in 2028 with a placement year as part of their degree. We also welcome applications from students graduating in 2026 or 2027 and those already graduated.
6. Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you are proud of - be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application!
7. Strong foundational understanding of the organisation principles within your chosen field, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.
8. Strong verbal and written English language skills.
