Party Wall Surveyor
Location: North London

Rate: Up to 43 per hour Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known client based in the North London area, who are looking for a highly skilled Party Wall Surveyor to join their team.

• Carry out Party Wall surveys and inspections in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
• Act as an appointed Party Wall Surveyor for building owners and adjoining owners.
• Prepare and serve Party Wall Notices, Party Structure Notices and Line of Junction Notices.
• Review proposed works, drawings and construction details to assess Party Wall implications.
• Prepare detailed Schedules of Condition for adjoining properties prior to works commencing.
• Prepare and agree Party Wall Awards, including defining the rights and responsibilities of all parties.
• Liaise with residents, leaseholders, homeowners, contractors and internal teams throughout the Party Wall process.
• Inspect properties before, during and after works to monitor compliance with Party Wall Awards.
• Assess potential damage claims and determine whether works have caused damage to adjoining properties.
• Provide technical advice relating to building works, structural alterations, extensions and refurbishment projects.
