Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Rochdale
Rate: 280 - 320 per day

10 week project

We are currently seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to manage all aspects of the internal works on a new build shed project in Rochdale.

Experience working for a main contractor on internal works including CAT A and B fit out works essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
• Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Managing snagging lists and quality control
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
• Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
