EYFS Teaching Assistant - Lichfield

One of our lovely Lichfield schools are looking for a teaching Assistant to work within their Reception class. The role is to work on a general and 1:1 basis with the majority of the role being within a general role within the classroom. This is a long-term role and is full-time until the end of the academic year.

As this role is within Early Years so good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum is essential.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff so we expect the following;
Have experience working within schools.
Be confident with the curriculum.
Hold a relevant qualification.
Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teachers planning provided.
Have the ability to think on your feet.
