EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3 Qualified)
1-Year Fixed-Term Contract
Mainstream Primary School - Outskirts of Maidstone

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and nurturing Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting children during a crucial stage of their learning and development.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for one academic year, with an immediate or agreed start date.

The Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support for children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will help create an engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning (essential).
• Have experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Be caring, patient and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting young children.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
