We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive school community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals.
Promote pupils' independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and multi-agency meetings.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A patient, positive, and flexible approach to teaching.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
