Vison for Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tutor supporting learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes that meet individual student needs
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to support a variety of learning styles and abilities
• Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals
• Support students emotional wellbeing and promote independence

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
• Experience working with SEND students (preferred)
• Patience and strong communication skills

About you:

To be considered for the Tutor role, you will:

Hold suitable qualifications, QTS/PGCE or relevant teaching experience

Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students

Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
