Job Description

Astute's Power team are looking to recruit a O&M Days Team Leader on an Energy from Waste Project in Essex on a 3-6-month contract.

Key skills

Provide guidance and support to the O&M team on plant operation

Candidates must have experience in EFW or Power operational plants and/or EFW or Power plants in O&M Operational and Maintenance stage

Must have Leadership experience i.e. as a Shift Team Leader (STL) or supervisory level preferred

Must have proven ability to manage plant operations, personnel, and emergency situations in a high-risk environment

Location, remuneration and timeframe of the O&M Day Shift Team Leader role
