School Administrator - Long-Term Role | September Start | South Birmingham

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive school in South Birmingham on a long-term basis from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to secure a full-time role within a busy school environment.

The Role:

Managing front-of-house reception duties

Handling attendance and pupil data

Supporting the wider school office team

Answering telephone and email enquiries

Maintaining accurate school records and databases

Providing administrative support to staff, parents, and visitors

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous school administration experience

Knowledge of school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
