A Deputy Head (in charge of the schools Teacher Training Programme and the Cover Supervisor Team) of an excellent Secondary School in Essex, will be hosting a completely free induction and training session for any Graduate or Cover Supervisor. There are no terms and conditions attached, just simply a chance for an Outstanding Educator to support the initial steps or development of those wishing to be Cover Supervisors. 

With the role being so incredibly important to the quality of the new generations education, the school will be giving an insiight into how to be effective in your role. Even if you have existing experience as a Cover Supervisor, we welcome your application to attend this training course, giving you the opportunity to understand the important steps to take, if looking for a route into Teacher training in the future.
