Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Assist in improving customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
  • Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and service goals.
  • Uphold the organisation's values and ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Profile

A successful Part-time Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
