Job Title: Community Mental Health Practitioner - CAMHS Crisis Team

Location: Telford Shropshire

Band: Band 6

Contract Type: Intial 6 week full time block booking, with the potential to be extended.

Salary: 19.52 - 37.07

Shifts: Long days, weekends, nights

About You:

Are you an experienced Mental Health community nurse with experience in CAMHS Crisis Team looking for a new and exciting role where you can work your way?

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
• Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
• Developing and reviewing crisis plans
• Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
• Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
• Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred care

Essential Qualifications:

• NMC registration (valid and active).
• A minimum of 6 months of NHS experience as in Community Mental Health
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
