Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Night Shift Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing company based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Machine Operative or Manufacturing Operative looking for night shift work, excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Full training is provided, with immediate starts available.

• Operate production machinery, with full training provided.

• Work efficiently to achieve production targets.

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.

• Work effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team.

• Previous machine operating experience is beneficial.

• Candidates with previous machine operating experience can start on the night shift straight away.

• Candidates without previous experience will receive full daytime training before moving onto the night shift.

• Reliable and punctual approach to work.

• Good attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• 17.50 per hour.

• Overtime paid at 24.75 per hour.

• Monday to Thursday working hours, with every weekend off.

• Full training provided.

• Immediate starts available.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity.
