Production Operative / Assembly Operative
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Immediate Starts Available, local to Walsall.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the assembly and manufacture of products to a high standard. Working as part of an experienced team, your duties will include:

• Assembly of components using hand tools and air tools
• Following engineering drawings and work instructions
• Quality checking finished products
• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working to production targets while ensuring quality standards are met

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative or General Operative
• Experience using hand tools and air tools in a manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
