Regional Facilities Manager

Job Description
This is a highly visible and hands-on leadership role, responsible for UK-wide service delivery, team engagement, and continual improvement across FM operations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring full alignment with performance targets, risk management principles and exceptional service standards. A strong soft services background and a passion for people leadership are key.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of UK facilities delivery, with ownership of all soft services and workplace-related activities.
Ensure compliance with contractual deliverables, SLAs, KPIs and performance reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for all workplace / FM service requests.
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and internal partners.
Support and contribute to operational projects and minor works programmes across the UK.
Lead on the development and implementation of operational procedures and service standards.
Drive a positive, consistent H&S culture using agreed tools, frameworks and processes.
Oversee risk reporting, regulatory compliance, audits and action tracking.
Produce accurate KPI, MI and monthly service performance reporting.
Champion service excellence, innovation, and value-add delivery.
Professional and Personal Competencies/the organisation
Proven leadership experience in FM or Workplace services (ideally 60+ team size).
Soft services-led FM background (technical the organisation not essential).
Experience within banking or professional services (preferred).
Operational, hands-on leader capable of managing multiple priorities.
Highly service-minded with strong commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
Positive, proactive, flexible and solutions-focused leadership style.
Confident user of spreadsheet application, presentation application and word-processing application.
Self-starter able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
