Maintenance Team Lead - Nights
Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead - Night Shift
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Hampshire
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 7am
We're looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join a manufacturing company based in Hampshire on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As part of this role, you will lead a team of maintenance engineers to carry out reactive and planned maintenance across production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. The role will ideally suit an electrically biased or multi-skilled engineer who is looking to step up to a leadership role.
Key requirements:
Multi-Skilled or Electrical bias with strong fault-finding experience
Experience in manufacturing environments
Strong PPM and breakdown experience
Comfortable stepping into a leadership role, or previous leadership experience.
